I think 5V directly into a 4 Ohm speaker will be too much current (1250 mA). I think that means you need a roughly 4.33 Ohm resistor in series with the speaker to avoid frying the speaker. This project is all about reverse engineering radio frequencies using a RLT-SDR and creating hardware using an Arduino. This Ding Dong Sound Generator Door Bell Circuit consists of two 555 timer ICs. First IC is operated in astable mode and the frequency of the second is modulated by the first IC. For that, the output pin of the first IC is connected with the 5th pin of the second IC.
